- Open AlertMe Pro
- Click "Contact Us"
- At the top of that window, it should say "AlertMe Pro Version..."
- Compare the version number that you see in AlertMe, with the version listed here.
- If the version numbers are different, download and install the latest version of AlertMe Pro.
